AE moves up in college rankings!

The U.S. News & World Report rankings moved our Department up to 6th, our highest USN&WR mark since they began doing rankings in 1987. Over the years we have always been in the top ten, and this year moved ahead of several excellent aerospace programs.

The U.S. News & World Report rankings moved our Department up to 6th, our highest USN&WR mark since they began doing rankings in 1987. Over the years we have always been in the top ten, and this year moved ahead of several excellent aerospace programs.

The following table shows the U.S. News rankings of undergraduate programs that the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology accredits. The rankings are based on a peer survey of deans and senior faculty in which they rated programs they know on a scale from 1 (marginal) to 5 (distinguished).

Undergraduate engineering specialties: Aerospace / Aeronautical / Astronautical (At schools whose highest degree is a doctorate)
